Sincerely, it was a very very good stay for my vacation. The hotel has magnificent location short walk to 300 mtrs from Tekka Centre Bus Stop, MRT and food places, and beautiful Singapore. There was Bar-beque pte ltd, located nearby, where I relaxed.

Nice and personable hotel located just next door to the airport and market and bistro. Extremely spacious & impressive rooms where the bed is upstairs. Favourable, amazing location in between two night clubs. For tea or coffee visit Veggie Cottage nearby.
Wi-Fi was quite slow.

It taught me not to rely on pics and description on the booking site. Bed linen was very nice, bed comfy.
I could not turn off or adjust aircon which was too cold unless I deactivated power supply. Location, too noisy at night with a disco very close. Tiny room which was supposed to be a double de luxe room. Queen size bed is pushed against the wall which in a double room means you need to climb over each other to get in/out of bed. No space for even a small carry on bag except on the only chair. There was simply no space for anything without falling over it. No room for hanging up a 2nd towel, wardrobe is part of the toilet. I did not eat breakfast because I do not like to be perched on a bar stool around a high table with 6 other people, and in the entrance area. No such thing as a leisurely breakfast. I did not notice a buffet type set up.

We wondered about booking this as we saw it was just opening, but were glad that we did. Well placed in little India, not the most picturesque street but it felt clean, the markets were just over the road (ah, shopping bliss) and within walking distance of two mrt stations. A fair amount of the rooms are still to be finished, but they were very good at not working at times that would disturb the visitors already there. We stayed in a loft suite, recommended above the loft room which felt a little cramped. Bathroom good, no bath but two choices of shower head and quite roomy. Those that like shower doors and curtains will be disappointed, but due to the closed nature of the bathroom and the space I didn't find it a problem. Toiletries good and well presented. Bedding and towels all new and impeccable (one of the benefits of a new place) nespresso, plasma TVs, bluray etc just as advertised. Pool is a slightly surreal experience - never before been swimming in sight of a tattoo parlor, and over the skylights for the rooms below! Not a big pool, but refreshing in the Singapore humidity and clean. Obvious with the pool, breakfast area and rooms that space is at a premium, but on the whole they have managed that inventively. Breakfast is simple, fruit, salad, toast, eggs cooked to order and a special dish of the day which ranged from quesadillas to pancakes with maple syrup. Bacon not of western style, but good coffee from a Jura coffee maker and drinks that include Bundaburg ginger beer. Staff on the whole very friendly and accommodating, knowledgeable about the city and how to get around etc. And the wifi was quick and didn't fall over once!
It is still obviously under construction, so there are a few edges that need ironing. Could do with getting the painter back to retouch, small details such as a bad paint job let down otherwise high quality fittings. Instructions for the electronic devices (including the coffee machine) in the rooms would be useful. Had an issue when we were leaving when staff failed to foresee that it would be impossible to get a taxi in peak hour in the rain - 30 mins after they started to call taxi companies, and with no alternative solutions from staff (or attempts to think outside the box)we managed to flag one in the street and made our flights. A sad end as staff until that point had been excellent.

The room here was great with a coffee/tea maker, a TV with many channels, and a handy writing desk. 📺 I really enjoyed that everything was set up right by the cafe.
